Norvestor Private Equity

​​​​​Norvestor is looking for final-year Bachelor's or Master's students to join our Berlin team full-time, for an internship with a 3 to 6 months duration. As an Investment Intern you will work closely with colleagues across the Nordics and Germany and gain first-hand experience in the private equity industry. This is a unique opportunity to develop skills that will prepare you for a future career in investments, transactions, or entrepreneurship. You wil become an integral member of our investment team, gaining skills to identify and develop fast-growing Northern European companies.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare research and analyses to support sourcing of new investements and development of our portfolio companies. 
  • Perform financial modelling and company valutations. 
  • Prepare of internal and external presentations and other material. 
  • Participate in meetings with external advisors and portfolio companies management teams. 
  • Assist deal teams with internal processes across the investment cycle.

Your profile

  • Third-year Bachelor or Master students in business/economics or engineering with a strong academic record. 
  • Curious and motivated to learn what makes companies successful and great. 
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative and supportive team environment. 
  • Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills. 
  • Prior experience from internships in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, tech/SaaS or other relevant roles. 
  • Fluent in English and German.
