Norvestor is seeking a Digital Excellence Intern to help accelerate our digital journey and shape how we operate across the firm. In this role, you will work directly with our Chief Digital Officer to develop, analyse, optimise and automate workflows across the organization. Spanning both investment-related processes and key internal admin routines. Role Overview
As a Digital Excellence Intern, you will be a part of the digital team and collaborate closely with the investment team, the operations team and the Admin team. On the investment side, you will help optimize ways of working; on the internal/admin side, you will support teams and the wider organization on broader operational initiatives.

- Analyzing, documenting and improving business processes.
- Designing and implementing AI- and automation-based solutions.
- Supporting the foundation of Norvestor’s IT and digital framework.
- Supporting Admin activities, e.g., improving onboarding/offboarding workflows and internal knowledge/document management (SharePoint/Teams).
