Norvestor Private Equity

Norvestor is seeking final-year Bachelor's or first-year Master's students to join our Copenhagen team part-time. As a Student Analyst, you will work closely with colleagues across the Nordics and gain first-hand experience in the private equity industry. This is a unique opportunity to develop skills that will prepare you for a future career in investments, transactions, or entrepreneurship. You will become an integral member of our small but growing Danish investment team, as well as gain access to our network of colleagues across Northern Europe. 

The role entails working part-time (15–20 hours per week), with flexible scheduling to accommodate academic responsibilities. The start date for the position is flexible but should be no later than 1 February 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Support identification of new investment opportunities. 
• Prepare LBO and other valuation materials.  
• Conduct commercial analysis. 
• Participate in due diligence processes.
• Assist deal teams with development of Norvestor’s existing portfolio companies.
• Attend meetings with external advisors and portfolio company management teams. 

Your profile

• Third-year Bachelor’s or first-year Master’s student in business, economics, or another relevant field, with a strong academic record.
• Demonstrated commercial and financial understanding and interest. 
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Fluency in English.
