Norvestor Private Equity Internship

Norvestor is looking for final-year Bachelor's or Master's students to join our Stockholm team full-time, for an
internship with a 4 to 6 months duration. You will work closely with colleagues across the Nordics and gain
first-hand experience in the private equity industry. This is a unique opportunity to develop skills that will
prepare you for a career in investments, transactions, or entrepreneurship. You will take an integral role in our
investment team, taking on a significant amount of responsibility assisting us in acquiring and developing fast-
growing Nordic companies while working as a full member of the Norvestor investment team. You will also have
access to mentorship from experienced professionals and structured learning opportunities to help you grow in
the role. 

The preferred start of the internship will be January or August 2026, but the exact timing and duration will be agreed together. Please indicate your availability for the internship in your application. Please submit your application before the deadline on September 15, 2025.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare research and analyses for sourcing of new investments and development of our portfolio companies.
• Financial modelling and company valuation.
• Preparation of external and internal presentations and other material.
• Attend meetings and discussions with various external advisors as well as with existing and prospective
• portfolio companies.
• Assist deal teams with internal processes.

Your profile

• Third-year Bachelor or Master students in business/economics or engineering with a strong academic record.
• Motivation to contribute proactively in a collaborative, supportive team environment, with a focus on learning and delivering quality work.
• Strong analytical, commercial and communication capabilities.
• Experience from internships in e.g. investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or other
• relevant positions and extracurricular activities is valued but not required.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
